Security & procurement
Client content is encrypted at rest and access is enforced server-side under row-level security. If your procurement team needs a data-processing agreement or a security review before you can sign, start there and we will work through it with you.

Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial. No card is required to start, and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
How does per-user billing work?
You pay for the people who can sign in to your workspace. Clients you invite to the client portal are not billed — a portal guest is not a seat.
What happens if I switch between annual and monthly?
Annual is billed up front at the lower per-user rate. Switching to monthly takes effect at your next renewal; switching to annual takes effect immediately and is prorated.
What counts as an AI action?
Anything that calls a model on your behalf — a Catch me up summary, an Ask query, a drafted report, or classifying an ingested item. Each plan includes a monthly allowance and the app shows how much you have used.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from Settings → Billing. No contracts, no cancellation fee. If you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do you offer a plan for larger teams?
Yes. If you run many projects, multiple divisions, or need SSO and a custom agreement, get in touch and we will put together pricing that fits.
